Photographic integrity - 1936 version
In the DPR forum, there is often a discussion of purity, and accuracy, on depicting news photography, or depicting street "life as is" without PP or other editorialism.
It's interesting to read the recent New York Times article on how photos were (allegedly) staged or otherwise manipulated - referrring to the 1936 US drought and its poignant, iconic photos that resulted.
