Help with picking a Monitor for Photo Editing

Looking to buy a monitor to plug into my Macbook Pro notebook for editing photos and I could use some help in picking one not cheap but not to expensive, I found this one but I have many questions as to what I really want to look for in a good monitor so that when I am working in photoshop I know that the colors I see are what is true and what would be printed out, & I know I will have to calibrate the monitor.
