Equipment INVENTORY software?
Figure it's about time we started to get a handle on all the photo related equipment & materials we have on hand. Beyond the frequently used items there's a number of items that are used infrequently and still others stowed away in closets/boxes that for one reason or the other we never use. Never even remember we have it until we start searching for something we can't find-- when seems to be a too frequent occurance.
I'd like to begin a complete inventory of everything, enter the information into a software program, then begin to make decisions about what to keep, what to sell, what to give away, and what to toss in the garbage.
Such an inventory would seem to make sense for other business related reasons as well, such as an updated list of assets for insurance purposes.
After a lot of searching and reading, it seems that the software programs I've found are either way overkill, or too simplistic. Perhaps someone here uses a good inventory software program they can recommend for a photography business?
