Why is there so much shutter noise with all 4/3s?

You can call it shutter, for me this is aperture iris that normally keeps wide open so you can see everything in EVF and only when you you trigger (e)shutter, this iris moves to a position for a split second, and after it moves back to wide open.

I do not mind to be senseless and stupid.
After all, someone should be. Why not me?
