What is the correct color adjustment?

The goal is to get correct colors on my calibrated monitor.

The tools are DSLR camera stet to RAW, Color Checker card, Black/Cray/White card and 5000K light

My usual image adjustments are simple because I do use only a Black/ Gray/White card. In Lightroom I adjust Histogram using Exposure white end (255) first, then Black end (0) then adjust Gray with eyedropper. The rest adjustments (vibrance, saturation and clarity) just as I remember or like them to be for a particular color image.

This time I need colors to be hue and saturation correct. How should I adjust hue, saturation and may be vibrance of an image photographed with a MacBeth Color Checker and Gray card to be seen as original on my monitor.
