That would be a pretty big spreadsheet if you imported the whole PEF raw data. Fortunately, you only need to import the masked border pixels on the right side (landscape orientation), which are still 96 by 3136 photosites in dimension. Do you have the means to read the loss less compressed PEF data or use something like dcraw to output it in an easier format, then crop this analysis area from the starting 'x' coordinate 4688 and going right?

I think I can handle this by just doing a power curve fit to the data, but if I have further problems I will post a CSV file of this border area for others to have a look.
