Buying Lens in Canada Question

Hello,

I'm from Canada and am looking to purchase the Tamron 70-200 2.8 lens. After a bit of research, it looks like I can buy it for approximately $830 (converted to Canadian dollars) from B&H in the US and the cheapest I can find it in Canada is about $1300 Canadian from McBain. These are "all in" prices including tax and shipping. Am I missing something here or is this a huge price gap? From what I understand, purchasing lenses from the US is duty free to Canada. Will there be brokerage charges? If so, what am I looking at paying?

Thanks for any help!
