What do you want to shoot and how much do you want to spend?

The Olympus lens line is all very orderly. The entire focal length range is covered by zooms in each of three quality ranges -- the higher ones are bigger, costlier, and have wider apertures.

(You probably want to use zooms, just because the Zuiko ones are so highly regarded. Everyone makes a 50mm prime; not everyone makes a 70-200 equiv f/2 zoom.)

So just pick what you want to shoot and how much you want to spend. Pretty much all of the lenses are good.

These lenses are:

Standard grade:
9-18 f/4-5.6
14-42 f/3.5-5.6 (kit)
40-150 f/4-5.6
70-300 f/4-5.6

High grade:
11-22 f/2.8-3.5
14-54 f/2.8-3.5 or 12-60 f/2.8-4 (the latter is more expensive)
50-200 f/2.8-3.5

Top grade:
7-14 f/4
14-35 f/2
35-100 f/2
90-250 f/2.8

... and then there are the primes:

8mm fisheye
35 f/3.5 macro
50 f/2 macro (a very highly regarded lens)
150 f/2
