Bravo to Canon for lowering resolution on the G11

I was more than a little (pleasantly) surprised when I found out that Canon went back to a 10mp sensor on the new G series. This was a courageous move to prioritize image quality over marketing. Pixel densities on P&S sensors have been way too high for some time, and image quality has suffered because of it. Thank you Canon for doing the right thing. Now please come out with a 1.6 crop P&S with a 12 or 15mp sensor, preferably with a fixed 17 or 22mm F2 lens and I'll be all over it.
