85/1.8D or 105/1.8 AIS?

I have an opportunity to buy an essentially new 85/1.8 AFD for $355 or a reasonable shape 105/1.8 AIS for $300.

I'm slowly assembling some prime lenses to complement my slow or heavy zooms and I currently have:

50/1.8 AFD
105/2.5 AIS
200/4 AIS
180/2.8 ED-IF AF
80-200/2.8 AFS
16-85 AFS
70-300AFS VR

The 105/2.5 AIS is OK on my D300, but was looking for something in the 100mm range that is pretty good. AF is a plus, but not a must have because I plan on using these for landscape/travel. Some say the 105/1.8 is much better than the 105/2.5 while the 85/1.8 AFD is excellent (though not up to 85/1.4 standards).

Will use these mostly for landscape/travel type of stuff with my D300 with an eye towards an FX camera in a few years once prices come down.

Any opinions on the 105/1.8 AIS vs. the 85/1.8 AFD at these prices? I'll probably sell the 200/4 and/or the 105/2.5 sometime soon.

Thanks - John
