high ISO settings

I use the settings suggested by Agorabasta a while back. This isn't the original post, but it has the same info he originally posted. I'll have to check my settings when I get home, but I'm pretty sure I'm using high ISO NR at low, rather than high as suggested in this post, but everything else is set up the same:

May I ask what are your setting used on the A700 for this ISO 3200 JPEG picture?

Thanks.

I'm sure I can get some samples up showing how they both do around 100mm. Just need to find some free time, and decent weather (forecast looks good starting tomorrow).

In the meantime, this one (posted above) is at 120mm, wide open, and ISO 3200 - it's straight out of the camera as a fine jpg:

The softest shots with my 18-250 were around 100mm (Sigma 18-200 also), so I'd be curious to see how it holds up at 55-100mm. We've piled a lot on your plate, that'll teach ya to be a pioneer :^)
