Fixing skin tones in Lightroom - example

Can anybody help here? I love Lightroom RAW workflow, but like many, found that its colors are not very good, even with the recent camera profiles. I tried to create my own present to make RAW files in Lightroom match camera JPEG, but still cannot, even after a lot of tweaking. Can somebody more experienced try?

See example below:

Canon 400D, 100% Crop from camera JPEG, Standard Picture style, sRGB color space:

100% Crop from RAW file processed in Lightroom, "Camera Standard" profile in Camera calibration panel , default parameters, exported as JPEG, sRGB color space:

Note that straight camera JPEG has much better skin tones. Can anybody find parameters in Lightroom to make RAW file there match the JPEG? I tried changing saturation and adjusting hues and colors, but no help -- if skin tones get better (but still not good), other colors get crazy.

Here's the link to the original RAW file:

And FYI, a link to the full-sized JPEG from camera:

Thanks!
