P5000 movie mode auto exposure: Forced?

Anyway, I'm a bit dissapointed with the quality of the reviews on dpreview lately. They're using the same nice structure as always, but often the images tell me stuff that isn't even commented on in the reviews, or they leave topics like this open an unanswered, so that you cannot tell whether a feature like this is really usable or not.
My point is that, if you can disable the silly automatic functions, you can certainly use this. But unfortunately it's quite common in consumer electronics that you cannot disable the auto functions - with fatal consequences.
