Lens trio for full-frame

I've posted first in the "Beginners" forum, but no responses yet...
Maybe better luck here. So:

What do you think about the following selection, concerning focal length coverage and of course, IQ:
1) Tamron 70-200 f2.8
2) Sony 50 f1.4
3) Sigma 20 f1.8
(For longer zoom, maybe a tamron 200-500 later - not that important for now).

One criteria is price, therefore I eliminated the much praised CZ 24-70.
The 3 above together = $1700 (at Amazon), almost the same as the CZ alone.

I'm thinking it as an investment for years to come (hopefully - it depends on finalizing one big deal and getting the cash).

These 3 should cover landscape, macro, street and portraiture as well (what I intend to do).
So, no sports/action or birding for me, I think.
