I'm sure you can think of example related to freedom of speech. In my
neck of the woods an officer of a TV network has just been fired for
failing to broadcast a booing against the national anthem.

What you cite has to to do with a company's responsibility be honest
and NOT about a company's responsibility to protect free speech
which started this discussion.

No, it has to do with the fact that you can demand from a corporation higher standards - not to be "honest" in CNBC but to educate people on how markets really work, acnowledged in an interview by Cramer himself- than a small business or a private person, which was what started this discussion. (in the case of dpreview not censoring their public forums).

For corporatins being required to protect free speech I gave you another example, if you noticed.

A company is not even responsible to be fair. The evidence is the
cable "news" networks and those one-sided promotions everywhere.

The fact that corporations do not adhere to ethical codes does not mean that they shouldn't or that the public cannot demand them that they do. Of course, there is always the possibility that public demands are completely useless, but they are never inappropriate, as some contend ("It's Phil's site, etc").
