Actually, I'm clueless as to what it is other than being a rhodie. The pedals thin difficult to photograph as they can look red to purple under different lighting.

Rhodie's thrive here in Oregon. I've whacked the bush down to almost nothing before and it comes back to take over the bed its planted in.
