Evidently, that's debatable but I'd say that it is generally accepted that corporations have certain responsibilities beyond their legal obligations. As anecdotal evidence, some weeks ago there was a little controversy about CNBC not educating investors but contributing to the hype of the market . The interesting discussion, I think, is in whether Amazon should follow standards comparable to those required from CNBC and, if it's the case, whether an a transparent, open, neutral, non-arbitrary moderation of their public forums should be part of those standards.

If this forum wants to yank a
post because of personal insults or abusive language, it is well
within its rights to do so.

That's a very different question.

And it is not violating (in the US) the freedom of speech of the
First Amendment of the Constitution in doing so. That's my point.

Of course not. Nobody contended the contrary and I still don't see why you brought the US Constitution to the discussion.
