AVS Video Editor 4 Works for Me

The program I use to convert MOV to AVI, is the AVS Video Editor 4. Instead of using the video converter program that comes separately from AVS, I just run the MOV videos through the editing and publishing process, without making any editing changes. I convert them to H.264 at 16 Mbps in this way and Windows Movie Maker 6 for Vista, can edit them into a WMV format. AVS offers many other output formats and Xvid MP4 is another one I use for sending edited videos to hosting websites. AVS will also edit AVCHD in its full native format. It works with AVC in 720p, but for some reason, doesn't handle AVC in 1080p, as it displays and edits it in a squeezed-up 4:3 aspect.

The AVS editing program costs $60. (U.S.) and you get dozens of other audio/video programs they produce and a key to any future ones. If you use a different computer from the one that downloaded it, you have to buy another subscription.
