Then what is the point of this thread? Is it that you're upset
because you may not be able to steal images, whether still or video,
at concerts and/or sporting events?

Whatever your reasons, a concert and/or sporting event, or any other
event has the right to determine whether any cameras at all are
allowed, unless it's an event held on public property and the
person/people running the event don't have a permit that allows them
to bar cameras.

Sports teams, bands, etc., have every right to keep people from
stealing images (or sound recordings) at their performances. If you
want free reign to photograph or video whatever you want, ask for and
pay for a permit from the people running the event.

This almost sounds like the frightened Indians (umm, "Native Americans") who thought that the photography did steal their soul...
