Sorry for the delayed response!

Actually when I say I print 8x10's, they actually end up being 10x6.67 or so. That is a 3:2 ratio. Yes, there are white borders. Usually, the only time I print to a frame size (8x10, 5x7, etc.) is when I actually frame a print.

The sleeves you can buy at Staples or on-line. I get the plain binders at work. I usualy use binders/sleeves when I want to have an album of a trip or event that I'd like to document or keep to show family. I do print out and matte/frame larger photos that I'm especially proud of though.
