Bag questions - Lowepro Slingshot vs Fastpack

I've searched the threads here, but still couldn't find the answer...

I'm looking for a new bag for hiking, with capacity for an E-410/510& lens, and 2-3 other lenses. The only bag I've seen up close is the Slingshot 100, which seems a bit small. It appears with the Slingshot 200, I could have quick access to the camera body, and also one additional lens to the left of it, from some pictures I've seen. I like the dual straps of the LowePro Fastpack 200/250, but it appears the camera section of the pack is much smaller, with a larger upper portion instead. Is it possible to have quick access to the body and and second lens on the Fastpack?

Also, on my OMs I use the Olympus semi-hard case for carrying just the camera on short walks. Is there a good equivalent to this for the E-410/510 with a kit lens?
