Okay//

For sake of discussoipn-- Let's say i did intend to sell the images What does the following statement mean??

"Commercial photography permits are required if photography is to be done of vehicles or other articles of commerce or models for the purpose of commercial advertising OR FOR RESALE

1. A permit is needed when photographing vehicles , models for commercial
use or for resale ( meaning only in these instances.

2 A permit is needed when photographing r vehicle, models for purpose of advertising, or for resale. Meaning-- any other photography that would be sold.

Seems to me it is referring only to the instances in that sentence only. So-- wouldn't that mean even if they were for sale-- One would not need a permit

Guess I .ill have to check the rules of gtammer to see if a comma - or no comma alters the meaning of "or for sale!!!
