Shooting RAW with F30 by a Panasonic Fanboy

Yes, I was called a Panasonic Fanboy here once:p May be because I have many Panasonic digital cameras, Panasonic CD Walkman, Panasonic TVs, Panasonic air conditioners, Panasonic massage kit, Panasonic rice cookers and even a Panasonic RAW convertor.

Almost done RAW Chinese steak

Originally, I planned to fry some steak for the family, 1 for each of us and I also planned to buy some pigeons, but my elder son was summoned by his classmates to BBQ, so 4 steaks for 3 persons, too much meat, so no pigeons. I also changed my plan and made some Chinese Steak (which is sweet and a little sour, using tomato sauces/ketchup as seasoning). I cut the steaks into slices, seasoned with Ketchup and Lea & Perrins, too bad no onion.

Just for fun about shooting RAW with F30. Actually, I am having problem with WB selection when shooting people in RAW, In my coming threads, I will ask for opinions from RAW shooters here in this forum about what WB to use, the one which is most pleasant looking skin tone or the one close to the actual scene? I am now keeping 2 versions of each people shot. It is a personal choice I believe, but I wish to know what most people will select?
