We don't have access to the cameras or software. I have seen far
better results from the A900 from people using Noise Ninja and other
such noise reduction programs. That's all the proof I need. Your
entire experiment was a waste of your time.

The point was about loss of detail when using color noise reduction in Lightroom compared to using zero.

Here is a comparison between NR=0 and color noise = 25 in LR. Also note here that the A900 crops are not downsized to match the D700 this time. I find little to no loss in detail using c=25 compared to using c=0 but a good reduction in color noise. I think LR does a really good job here.
