Micro tough too close to Microsoft?

I won't get into issues about whether "µ TOUGH" or "Mju Tough" is even sillier than e-Volt, *ist-D, or EXAMOR. Something different bothers me about this one...

"Now to be known as Stylus TOUGH in the United States and µ TOUGH in the European Union, this new name will be introduced in early January 2009."

"µ" as in "micro"?

Micro tough?

The Microsoft folk have gone after other companies that tried to do similar things. Not to mention being rather hard on companies with products having names that mention "windows".
