602 & Filters?

Am I understanding the post a few threads down saying you need a tube to attach the Ultra Violet and Circular Polarized filters??? I just ordered the filters but didn't realize I needed a tube to attach them. Is this correct? Please help.

Yes, you need the adapter tube. See the bottom of this page for a picture of Fuji's adapter.

Raynox also do an adapter but unlike the fuji and Kenko ones that use a 55mm system the Raynox is a 52mm. So if you have already pruchased the filter at 55mm you need the Fuji or Kenko versions.

No, not with the Kenko 55-55mm lens tube and 55mm Hoya HMC UV filter. I wouldn't expect vignetting unless you stack filters. Now add on lens is a different story and mileage may vary depending on the lens.
