I sometimes shoot at ISO3200 if necessary, but I admit I try to avoid it as much as possible because of the banding I can get from times to times, particularly with lenses like the 50/1.4 or 85/1.2L, even in one shot AF.

Here's a concert shot at ISO3200 with the 300/2.8L IS that doesn't show banding :
