And, importantly, he would need a lens that can resolve enough detail to take advantage of the higher pixel density. There are no huge technological hurdles to making a 35mm "full frame" sensor with the same pixel density as the 10mp 4/3, but they would need a lens that can resolve 40 megapixels (and those would be some expensive, heavy lenses).
