What is your most common mistake?

Do you tend to make the same mistakes while photographing?

My most common mistake is forgetting to reset exposure compensation back to 0!

I may fire off several shots before I catch this. Very frustrating.

That leads me to my next most common mistake, I think I work to fast at times.

So in an effort to FIX both these problems I have set a goal to stop and examine the histograms and LCD for proper exposure. This of coarse doesn't apply when I'm shooting sports.

Lastly, I need to get out and shoot more! It seems I'm always having to reacquaint myself with the controls, procedures and techniques of using my D200.
