Architecture of St. Petersburg, Russia

Pictures of St. Petersburg taken in May with my Nikon D70.

If anyone loves neoclassical and Empire Style architecture/interior decor like I do, you would absolutely love this city. It is a photographer's dream.

Some of my pictures were post-processed to be "overexposed", so that my prints came out light enough. I don't like to have different versions of the same photo for prints (which always come out too dark) and onscreen viewing. Yes, I have calibrated my monitor, albeit IMPERFECTLY with a Spyder device!
