Picture Project software

I have r4ecently purchased a new D40X Nikon DSLR which comes with Picture Project 1.7 on CD.
Unfortunately this is all in Japanese language.
Does anyone know how I can download the English version without further cost?
Appreciate any advice please

but not great is ViewNX, which can be downlaoded from Nikon. There is no charge for ViewNX, it's free.

Does ViewNX have the red eye reduction and auto enhance features like Picture Project or is that incorporated in CaptureNX ?
