Best low light/macro/sharp prime combo lens for D90?

I am looking at adding a second lens to my great new Nikon D90.
Already have the 18-105 which is a great walk around lens.
The plan is to add 70-300 as a tele lens and a SB600 (or) 400 down the road.

Meanwhile I would like to find a good combo lens that can do 3 things for me:

  • Sharp prime

  • Good low light capability

  • Good/reasonable Macro capability (for flowers, not bugs)

My choices currently are:
Nikon 50 1.8 - Good low light and sharp but questionable Macro
Nikon 60 2.8 Macro - Good Macro, sharp prime, reasonable low light (or?)
Nikon 105 2.8 VR Macro - Good Macro, Sharp prime, VR ,reasonable low light (or?)

These are all in rising price so I know 105 is a lot more expensive and 50 1.8 the cheapest by far. But given I would like 1 lens for this I can consider not going for the cheapest if it saves me a second lens.

Of course the 105 has VR which I love...!

What is your advice?
