It seems from these traces, that it is more like 40 microsec. rather
than 50 microsec, and both are rather longer than 20 microsec
figure I assumed earlier form 50 kHz estimates given at some of
the related post in the past. If so, then during a 1/8000 sec. shot
there will be only 3.25 of them. And this was what I was hoping for
earlier in the Spring = to finally achieve a micro-strobe effect, showing
an overimposed images of a IIF wings in action. Unfortunately, nothing
like this ever happened. Nor any other motion blur at speeds spanning
1/2000 - 1/8000 sec. We had even a bit of discussion about it with
John more than once:
