I have, here is their responce. He sounds as if the camera should go to f14.8 and there is a problem with the camera because after I zoom I'm not able to go to f14.8 again until I leave the camera off for a long time. After seeing the picture in their user manual with it at f14.0 maybe the camera should be going to f14.8 all the time?
