Guess I am a half wit, and you are a complete jerk!!! , I looked at a couple of your older posts,. and you grammar is horrendous.. Enough said!!!

At least your spelling and grammar are improving. You now just need to consider your lack of brain power. (i.e. you have little between your ears.)

Some of you all may remember (many moons ago) when the Excuse shirts were popular? These were T-shirts with all kinds of excuses on them for whatever sport/activity a person was in (Runners excuse shirt, Swimmers excuse shirt....)

We need a Color excuse shirt! So far, we have had:
  • Mine and Karen's excuse: We had not had our coffee yet.
  • Jules is claiming 'old eyes'
  • JonWoo is sure he failed due to his craply lit office
  • RoysLaw is blaming his poor score on his browser.
  • Lyle's excuse is he did his very quickly and impatiently.
  • But, later, Lyle decided the problem could be his 8 yr old CRT monitor.
  • Wireless Willie claims the score depends on the way the tiles are generated.
-Anthony W thought he was going to have to use the 'old eye' excuse, but managed to squeak by with a perfect score.
  • Of course, Buzz, has the legitimate excuse of being color blind.
So, who's next and what is YOUR EXCUSE? lol

Hi guys,

Let's agree to have some peace hear.

Ultimately, there is no good that can come from mud-slinging, and there are much more fun things to do.

Big round of hugs.

Regards
Jacques

All i have to say is " I probably forget more about photoshop than you will ever learn. That , my friend, is a true fact) I realize , the adjective "true" is redundant, but i was just being sarcastic. With this , I will end this banter, as there is nothing but air betweenst thine ears!!! I bet you were one of the kids that got picked as a child. Sorry, you still are childish. See ya!!!!

I guess that "you are now just" is proper english?? This was in your last message.

LOL! That is so funny. Just for the record I also had a perfect score.

It would be a funny prank if we send Buzzzman his Color excuse shirt... printed on a pink polka dot t-shirt. LOL!

I got a 17 this morning.

After lunch I briightened my monitor and got a perfect score.

Plus, just because you can see all of the colors doesn't mean you have any color coordination!

I'm gonna have to sell some of this stuff so I can buy more stuff! Mummm, more stuff!

I can tell tell pink on white-- just can't tell if is all pink.. If I get a shirt, I will have to put it in front of my white refrigerator for comparison. . How do you think I figured out my shirt was pink-- not white?? if my friend wouldn't have mentioned that my shirt was pink(not white-- I would probably still be wearing it!!!

No wonder there were a lot of guys smiling at me!!!

I have been a member of this forum for 8 years, and this is the first time I have been involved in an argument!!!. Hopefully it will be the last. In fact, I have hardly posted anything negative about anything. The other party has only posted about 10 totals messages, and half of them were on this thread. I should of known better than to get sucked into an argument!!! ( It was a little fun though)

For the kicks I took the test again on my old 21" CRT monitor (still in use for reference) and I again got perfect score.

Lyle, I would like to point out that when I view your work on my CRT (21" @ 1024x768) all your works look perfect. However on my LCDs, they appear a tad over sharp. This is common as I have found out viewing works I've done on my CRT to my first ever LCD. I found a lot of over-sharpened edits (though they were perfectly fine printed). Images appear a bit darker too on CRT compared to LCD. That's why I still use a CRT for reference. Unfortunately, more and more peeps are now using LCD.

Just thought I'd let you know. Perhaps others can chime in also for comments.

...
Or your monitor may be at fault. Mine's and old CRT (8 years now)
and it may also have some issues with this too. I do need an new
monitor, but I still refuse to go LCD waiting on SED or OLED to
become financially viable. I do have 2 (only used for three years
while living in the Atlanta area for dual monitor set up) monitors in
storage that I could try to power up (hopefully they won't blow up;
lol. Had to recently get my TV set out of storage and it works 100%
fine) if necessary. Come on manufacturers; give me a cost effective
SED please. :)

Wow...that's a pretty killer camera! Are you any good?

...4; maybe if I try even harder I can get a 0 too, but it took all the patients that I could tolerate to get the 4 so don't think I'll try perfection (since I definitely am not; lol). :)

Was surprised with the result though - before submitting, I gazed at it for ages, and almost convinced myself I'd got some wrong.

I'm insisting that higher better.

When I worked at HP, years ago, there was an industrial designer, Jim Williams, who could put the pucks in a color wheel in perfect position. There were 180 of them and he always got them right. They were numbered on the back so I could tell. When it's open ended - a ring of colers - I never could figure out where to begin. Most of those colors are gray, right?

Thanks for sharing the link. It was fun.

Much more fun than sitting in front of monitor for half an hour+ after each shoot trying to get attractive color out of Canon CR2 files. Can someone please please please make some Lightroom compatible camera presets with Nikon color for Canon cameras. Canon presets are great for skintones but not so good with blue skies, greens and animals.

To sum it up I can thank Canon for the perfect 0.
