70-200 2.8 is vs 85 1.8

I'm stongly thinking about selling my 70-200 2.8 is. I shoot mostly weddings and some seniors part time. I find I only use the 70-200 during the ceremony (the 17-55 2.8is is used 95%). The last couple venues I have to shoot at f2.8, iso 1600 (40d), and around 1/30th. The pic qulity is great but the weight of it on my camera and attached to my side is a pain (really advil is becoming my weekend friend.)

I'm thinking of switching over to the 85 1.8 . With my 17-55 2.8is I shoot it wide open all day (except for groups). So the 85 1.8 may help a little more with dof, a little more reach during the ceremony, the ability to have 1.8 and shoot at 1/80 handheld and get good results. Size and weight should also make my job more enjoyable. I just hate selling the legendary 70-200 2.8is but if Im not going to use it I need the monies.

Have anyone else been in my shoes?

Thanks-
Ryan
