Hi,

could anyone help a german photographer?

I need to know the names of he most important american magazins for professionals. Internet-Adresses would be even better ;-).

I'm not a pro...but you didn't really indicate what type of photography you are interested in, i.e., sports, portraiture, weddings, photojournalism, scenics, etc.

The one magazine that is targeted at the general studio photographer is called Rangefinder. It is probably free if you are a working US pro. I have no idea what they would do for anyone outside the US.

I'm sure there are a number of publications from some professional organizations, but I would assume that you have to belong to them.

You should be able to google up Rangefinder or find others in the general field of "professional photography magazines" or the like.

That's a list - thanks so far. :-)

I am not looking for magazins to work for. What I mean are magazins which inform about technical news and the photo scene in the US. The should basically be professional orientated - or semi professional.

The one that stands out is Photo District News.

It's considered the trade magazine for professional photographers in
the US.
