Does it matter where your (kit) Canon lens was made?

My 18-55 IS was made in Malaysia, my 55-250 IS in Taiwan, and my 10-22 proudly made in Japan. I say "proudly" because the 10-22 has it right there on the outside of the lens, whereas the other two have it faintly engraved on the bottom of the lens so you can't see it except in bright light and when the lens if off the camera.

Does it matter one way or the other?
