Why is the E-3 better than E-520

The E-520 seems to be a wonderful combination of light weight, and very good features, including a sensor that is essentially on par with E-3. So, what are the real benefits of the E-3 over E-520? Not many; this is my list... anything major (I am not interested in tiny features) I overlooked?

  • Weatherproofing (this is a big one for a camera one takes hiking).

  • Better viewfinder

  • Vari-angle LCD, but I use it for very few shots (but when I need it, I need it).

  • ISO in 1/3 stop (I take many photos at ISO 1250, which I find better than 1600).

  • Two control wheels (I keep the front one always on exposure comp).

Things that are E-3 pluses, but not for me:

  • AF is better, but to me the one of the E-520 is just fine.

  • vertical grip is available, but I would never buy one

The minuses of the E-3 are:

  • Weight

  • Size

  • I find the E-3 slightly difficult to grip (the controls don't fall well under my fingers).

Is this all? Overall, the E-520 seems better value, by far.
