I bought the H3 when it first came out and on the spur of the moment I’ve just bought the H10 I know what you’re all thinking why bother they’re basically the same camera. Very true but I’m a compulsive shopper and I just couldn’t stop my self plus my better half won’t notice as they look almost identical.
I was very happy with H3 except for two minor points.
1. The screen is very hard to see in bright light.
2. The mode dial is far too easy to rotate the slightest nudge and it’s on the wrong mode. This may have been a fault with my H3 only as I haven’t read any other complaints regarding this problem.
I’m now even happier as the H10 has addressed these points and the screen is very easy to see in bright light and at a much greater angle. The mode dial has also been changed and now has positive clicks between modes which require a firm turn.
The same image is displayed on both H3&H10
