E-420 Shadow Adjustment Technology Examples

Whether or not the E-420 actually has improved dynamic range, the tone mapping provided by the Shadow Adjustment Technology (SAT, i.e. "Gradation" settings) is well implemented and useful IMO. Below are two examples. In the first example, I prefer the look of the "Normal" setting, though the "Auto" setting is closer to what the scene really looked like. The second example is a more challenging one for the sensor and gives an idea of the increased shadow/midtone noise one can expect when using SAT in such situations.
