Just curious if anyone has used these? If so, what would you recomend?

I don't always use a bracket but for those times I do, I've pretty much settled on the RRS Wedding Pro bracket, usually with a Demb Flip-It reflector attached to the flash. It's light and compact. Quick and easy to mount and dismount and the whole package can be slipped into a pocket when not in use. Also, it allows you to handle the camera pretty much as if no bracket were attached.

As long as there are times you have to have the flash mounted on the camera, it can help a lot to smooth out some of the issues that go along with that. It does require an L-bracket for the camera body which would add to the cost if you don't have one already, otherwise it's not really that expensive compared to some alternatives.
