Pocket Wizard underwater?

I am doing a shoot using a D2x, SB800 (on camera) and supplemental lighting. The Camera will be in a Ewa Marine case with plenty of room for a pocket wizard. The subject will be a young girl in a shallow pool (3-4 feet) I will shoot in front and under her as she swims. The supplemental lighting (battery powered) will be gelled with a light straw color to simulate warm sunlight.

My question is will a Pocket Wizard work under water? Or will the 2-3 feet of water block the transmission?

Thanks in advance.
