New ultra compact Canon or Panasonic....or Ricoh?
Getting in a tizzz about choices!! I am a canon 30D user and I also
have an old S80.....but I want a small pocket camera. I like the idea
of the 19:9 format on the Panansonic, but not sure about quality of
image..... what about FX33? or the other choices would be the Ixus 75
or the Ricoh....I like the extended zoom What are your opinions to
help me on my way...or are there others?
The Panasonic LX2 is a very good camera, apart from its mediocre low light/high ISO performance. I used mine outside and was delighted with it. Fully manual, RAW, wideangle 28mm Leica lens, sensor and LCD. Good build quality as well.
You just have to accept that for the low light stuff no P&S will deliver (apart from the old Fuji F31fd) and you'll have to take your 30D.
