just for the record, there's no such thing. we have state license plates not city plates, the only exception being washington d.c. so you'll be looking for an illinoise plate

are you looking for a close up of the plate itself? or more of the car? did you think there was specifically a chicago plate, or do you want a car including the plate with a recognizible part of chicago in the background?
 
Ah, I see. A close up of an Illinois plate would be great in that case.

this is a stupid question, so I didn't want to waste a whole post on it. Sorry that it has nothing to do with Chicago or license plates!

What does "OT" mean when you see it in a post's subject line? I know that (nt) means "no text," but I still haven't figured out what "OT" means.

Any help?
