Advise: set "high ISO NR" to "low"

I find that NR works well. Can you point out why you see wrong with NR in my sample shots? I guess I am not seeing what you are seeing?

The following all are 100% crops from JPEG large/fine/optimal quality in P mode, 1/30, F5.3, ISO 3200, 95mm, WB auto, sRGB, picture control standard, 18-200 VR off:
