Works on 120-300 but not on 30mm f1.4 for ? reason.

An adjustment of -20 almost does the trick with my 120-300. Sadly, the darn lens still has a bit more BF than the D300 can handle. I have asked Sigma if they can adjust the lens. Previous comments from them are that the lens is within spec. ... or get the camera calibrated. Let's see what they say. My Nikon 80-200 is right on with zero adjustment.

Do you think Nikon might have an expanded capability with firmware beyond 1.1/1.0?

How many of you need more than +20 or -20?

Side note. I tried mounting the Sigma 30mm f1.4 and the camera does not recognize it. I get recognition for my 12-24 Tokina, 18-70 Nikon kit lens, 8Nikon 0-200 and Sigma 122-300 (sic) lenses
