I'm not sure it would have too much effect on most images. We're talking about a raw black point that's shifted from true black by just a few raw levels. It would have a minor effect on color shifts in shadows since one is multiplying raw values that are shifted from true zero illumination by white balance factors. But chroma noise reduction in shadows will likely erase this distinction. The black clipping does not reduce noise in shadows except for the bottom 2-3 stops of DR, which are typically suppressed in images unless you are really trying to lift the shadows by an extreme adjustment (severe underexposure usually). I really suspect it would be hard to visually detect any effect.
