they're waiting for the details on this repair process just like the
rest of us. They'll probably know more by the time the announcement
is made.

So....... why are people demanding responses/information/instructions
now? What exactly are people expecting these places to say? Most of
them don't have the answers yet.

It's all accountable to good business practices to leave customer support emails unanswered or even unacknowledged for that mater, is it?
