Equipment for Safari?

I'll soon be taking a trip to S. Africa. Half of my time will be in and around Cape Town and 4 days will be on safari with guides in jeeps. I'm not sure what camera equipment to take, but have rented a 100-400 IS lens for the trip. Here is my other equipment. I'd appreciate feedback from those who have been.

Canon 5D
Canon 10D

Sigma 20mm f1.8
Canon 50mm f1.4
Canon 24-105 IS f4.0 (not a big fan of this lens)
Canon 85mm f1.2 (love this lens)
Canon 200mm f2.8
Canon 100-400mm IS (renting this lens)

I've not really worked with two cameras at once, and am not sure that I will unless somebody tells me its critical on the safari. I really prefer primes over the 24-105 because I like to shoot a lot of shallow d.o.f.

Anyway, any advice about what to take and things to anticipate/watch out for is greatly appreciated.
